The pairings are versatile as the flowers of spring: fish, fruit, and salads all pair well with enough acid, sweet, and tart to cleanse the palette with every sip.
This rare single variety is known in Southern France for its ability to enhance blends of Grenache Blanc, Marsanne and sometimes Viognier with body and notes of citrus. Our Roussanne is incredibly light and delicate emphasizing notes of lemon, beeswax, and a hint of chamomile.
